Clinic Based Outpatient Treatment

We serve youth ages 3–21 who aren’t currently receiving outpatient therapy and who are in network with MassHealth insurance plans, as well as several commercial insurances.

Meadowbrook Youth Clinic is part of the Brockton area Community Based Health Center (CBHC) while the Plymouth Youth Clinic is a Behavioral Health Urgent Care. Both sites provide comprehensive outpatient mental health, substance use disorder, and medication management services.

We work to support youth and families during challenging times in addition to dealing with everyday stressors.

Both clinics operate on an urgent care model, allowing access to clinical services within 24 hours of referral and medication management within 72 hours of intake. We offer same day and urgent evaluations, in person or via telehealth, providing individual, family, and group therapy, as well as case management.

Meadowbrook Youth Clinic: 20 Meadowbrook Rd, Brockton — 8am–8pm Monday–Friday & 9am–5pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Plymouth Youth Clinic: 61 Industrial Park Rd, Plymouth — 8am–8pm Monday–Friday & Saturday 8am–12pm

We are currently working on expanding services to Cape Cod with our up-and-coming Hyannis Youth Clinic in the near future.

We offer both telehealth and office based services for both therapy and psychiatric services.
